Group Ministry:
Grouping to be run as a big parish, priests having their own areas, living in the area, but working as a team in the whole 'parish' as in Athlone. A group leader/administrator/co-ordinator to be appointed. Duties and responsibilities to be shared. Focus on ministry rather than supply of Masses.
